Doctoral Grants The ICBE Fund Research Grant competition is open to researchers in universities in Africa, Business Schools, private or public institutions, investment and export promotion agencies, associations of producers, employers or trade associations, business organizations and independent research institutions1 membership.
However, the recipient of grants from ICBE Research Fund, which has not yet received an official letter to close their previous grants, which do not qualify. This Doctoral Grants applies to all members of the research team and not only to the primary investigator.

Scholarship Description: Investment Climate and Business Environment (ICBE) Research Fund, founded in 2006, is a joint research facility of TrustAfrica and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). The Doctoral Grants aim is to promote practical research on ways to improve the investment climate and business environment throughout Africa and strengthening private sector performance, which in turn will help create jobs, alleviate poverty and contribute towards economic growth and independence of the continent. http://www.callforpapersinfo.com

Doctoral Grants Research Fund thus built on the twin pillars of improving the environment for entrepreneurship to accelerate growth and empowerment of the poor to participate and benefit from this growth. It also aims to strengthen the capacity of research teams working on issues ICBE and to promote the dissemination of research results among policy makers, private sector and other relevant stakeholders.
